100% on all my goals 4 days in a row! At least 192 days to go...Haha! I still have a ton of motivation.

Applesauce instead of maple syrup for pancakes! Tastes pretty good!

Yesterday for dinner was one of my favorites so I ended up skipping lunch so I could have a larger portion for dinner.

My girls are noticing my effort to exercise. When I get the video out or jump on the treadmill, they ask, "Are you exercising?" Made me realize that this is more important than just losing weight and my personal health, its about being a good example.
