yay down a little bit more only had about 60carbs yesterday and 1575 Calories hopefully I can get to 310 by the 17th which is my vacay time..
142.5 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 42.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
