yes it is going back down I was up off and on all night long using the bathroom and that helped me get some of the water off me I was holding. plus I fasted for 13hrs usually do at least 14-16hrs but this last week I barely made it 12 hrs so this shows me that fasting for 14-16hrs really helpful in loosing weight and a good night sleep also..

Thank you Debra I have to continue to fast 14-16hrs, it makes a difference for me plus this last week I ate crappy Bec of me getting ready to have Aunt Flo for the month and then I didn't start on time so I know it's coming but hopefully I can continue to loose and not hold water..
