uugh up 1# and still bloated from the food and water I had yesterday and only fasted about 12hr so I will try to get it back down. Hubby is home from the hospital but still has pneumonia and his WBC count is really high so if you can please keep the prayers coming for him to get better soon and his WBC go back to normal. I ate more yesterday to that's probably why I am up today..
143.6 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
