I don't like this, 2days in a role the scale is up. Which I think alot of it is not fasting long enough and bloating because I can feel the bloating in my stomach and I did eat a banana split yesterday at 4pm which I normally don't eat after 1pm so that could be the reason for today's weight gain. Anyway gotta turn this back around and get that scale back to dropping weight for me. time to not eat after 1pm and buckle down and not have any popcorn either. I only eat snacks very rarely but gonna cut them out to.
144.1 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 44.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've never been able to do IF the last part of the day. It has just always been more natural for me to do it the first part, as I'm only concerned with my coffee in the mornings...lol. I also sleep better at night when I don't go to bed on an empty stomach. Good luck, Sara!

Sara, don't get all anxious about two days of a small upward trend. You weigh daily, there are literally hundreds of reasons why you might be a half pound heavier or even 1 pound heavier than the previous day. If you drink too much water you are heavier, if you don't drink enough water, your body holds onto it, water retention, your weight goes up. If you ate something really salty your body hangs onto water, your weight goes up. If you ate something with lots of carbs, your body grabs water with the sugar to use it for energy. If you don't do a good poo, your weight goes up. If you ate something heavy like lasagna or spaghetti the weight of the food remains in your stomach for a while and will make your weight increase. Stress will make your weight go up. Don't stress about it. If you stick to your plan and continue to do what you have been doing, it will come back off. These ups and downs are normal and expected. Just keep going and if you must weigh yourself every single day, accept that you will have almost as many ups as you do downs, but as long as your average trend is downward, you are doing fine!!

You've been losing consistently, so you know what works. I'll be the one to say it: unless you are lifting heavy at the gym for hours a banana split, Micky D's or even grapes are not your best weight loss choices. Feed yourself the highest quality nutrition you can and you will win.
