home scale up . 4 probably because I ate buttery popcorn about 6pm last night and it was salty along with stress and anxiety from the death in the family and not sleeping well so I will try to get it back off there should go back down in couple days at the most.. Have a great Saturday and great weekend everyone..

So sorry about the death in your family. I sure understand about the stress and not sleeping well, I struggle with those things. Corn and salt will do it. I give you a hug over the internet and hope things get better.
