up a pound probably a combination of way too many carbs yesterday and not enough sleep last night and then I woke up and weighed in early today we will see if it goes back down tomm morning...
147.1 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 47.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
