home scale drank over a half gallon of water yesterday and today I still have some bloating and I ate popcorn yesterday around 6pm must be the reason for the increase now from now on no more eating after 2or 3pm.
147.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 47.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes my husband added salt even though I logged it as 2cups I ate probably a cup of it maybe cup and half but I still don't want to eat after 3pm I find it if I fast from 3pm until 7am I do better than I do with fasting just 12 hours.

Amazing insight. I've moved dinner earlier to 5pm, but haven't yet gotten to dropping it.

I don't eat after 7 p.m...how would you not eat after 3 p.m. ?...Fasting. I love popcorn when I make it on the stove. Wegmans has very good popcorn..quite healthy with Himalayan salt. I bought another brand and you might as well eat cardboard!

Popcorn is wonderful, and it causes water retention for me, too. I measure it before it's popped, log the fat I pop it in and eat the results of one popping. I learned a good trick for stovetop popcorn: drop in 4 kernals of popcorn as you are heating the oil. Once they are popped, you know the oil is hot enough to add the rest. Fewer old maids this way and fewer burned pieces.

Rcguenth I usually go to bed around 8-9pm used to sleep 4-6hrs and be awake but now I sleep from 9-6 and then I am awake but I also wake up 3-4times a night to use the bathroom. I was not eating after 1pm Bec I would get up at 2am and eat breakfast early by 4am so I only eat 2meals breakfast and dinner most days and sometimes I will eat lunch but mostly just the two meals. So when I stop eating by 3pm I drink water after and usually that's it but sometimes I get hungry and have a snack and other days I do good and don't get hungry it really depends on what I have for supper or something like that. Like today I ate a homemade hamburger with bacon on it but I just finished it at 1pm and had a dill pickle so unless I get really hungry later today then I will fast until in the morning. I'm trying to get to where I can fast 24hrs or longer sometimes but my little fat girl stomach says feed me. LoL...

Lady denim yes I don't eat it alot and this is why it bloats me up bad. It's crazy though I eat breakfast and hubby don't eat until 10am or after cause he sleeps until 8-9am so then he will eat dinner when I do but he is 167lbs and tall all I see is his bones in his arms, leg's and body he likes to eat later on in the evening around 7-8pm and sometimes i will eat something small as a snack Bec he's eating and makes me feel like I want it I know that it's just my mind telling me that and eating out of boredom or Bec he is. He cracks me up he's starting to get a little bit of a belly and keeps complaining how much weight he has gained. He's only gained 2-3lbs but is now 50so he's getting a little bit of a belly I love it cause it is the only meat on him.. plus he eats so much noodles and carbs and never gains I look at food and gain 5lbs.lol. I keep alot of bloating and have always had stomach issue and bloating it's like for many years it didn't matter if I had a candy bar or a big 3course meal I would get that full and bloating feeling after. It's gotten better since I have cut down on the carbs but I still have it.
