have blood work to do today and Dr appointment went well yesterday. at least I didn't have any gain in weight would have been nice to loose some more but staying the same is ok
147.5 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes Erika it doesn't happen everyday. And today I was cheating and having a Mt dew and cornbread and beans with fried potatoes and sour kraut I'm at 5,000 mg sodium so hopefully tomorrow will not be any weight gain. But I will get back on track tomorrow it's good to have a day here or there when you can have things you want. I've lost 110lbs and 100lbs before but gained it back plus some bec I didn't stick to my eating habits and went back to my old eating habits and this time I'm taking it as a lifetime/lifestyle change of eating and trying to get some exercises done as the depression I had for years and knee issues really kept me sedentary and not moving and going anywhere very much.. I starved myself last time and ate one can of pinto beans a day and was addicted to pain pills and lost 110lbs in 3-4 month and it came back on when I got clean and sober and started eating again. Plus more but I will make sure I keep to eating healthier and less than I was before.. thank you ladies
