home scale but I have a doctor's appointment at 10:30am and I will see if it reads the same weight as my scale it should. fasted 16hrs and did my resistance bands yesterday and didn't walk none just a lazy hot day. But today I got few things I need to do before it gets 100degrees.Having my water now and getting ready to do the exercises. Have a great day everyone and stay safe in the heat..
147.5 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Same here. We have to get stuff done before it starts frying things outside, including us.

Thank you ladies I had breakfast and 2bottles of water and check my scale at home before my Dr appointment and it says 328 due to the breakfast and water so when I get to Dr appointment their scale said 328.8 after I didn't pee first or it would have been lower but at least it is the same as my scale at home. Gotta go do blood work tomm morning and get my A1C check and thyroid to see if it is still doing bad or getting better..

I've had many scales over the years and they all weighed 2-5 lbs lighter than all of my dr scales. I like my scales. 🤷‍♀️

Congrats on your weight drop! Have you tried Sparkling Ice, sparkling water? The Orange/mango is my fav, but I also like black cherry, and pink lemonade. Hint water is also tasty. I like the watermelon infused one. I like the carbonation and flavors and both help me drink more water. Iced green tea is also good.
