Have some bloating going on this morning had to much sodium intake yesterday. Didn't get to do the 1mile walk at home yesterday or Monday due to having knee hurting so bad barely can walk on it. But this morning I have some errands we have to do and that will be some walking around especially at the grocery store where I normally have to use a mobile scooter but I will be walking around as much as I can then when I need to take a break I can use the scooter. did chair exercises and resistance bands yesterday and doing them this morning before I get in the shower and off to the nursing home to see my mother in law they moved her there because she needs to do at least 4-6 wks of rehab probably be longer than that since she can't even feed herself. And then tommorow is a good time to do some more errands, Friday morning and Sat morning I will be shopping and couponing I can't wait I have not been since 2021 and the deals I get using coupons are awesome. I am a extreme couponer who has a stockpile of laundry detergent toilet paper and other stuff but it's getting very long so it's Time to stock up again.

Thank you Debra I used to go couponing at least 3 times a week and different stores and I love getting free stuff and the thrill of it. I'm so ready for it..

Made it walking through the nursing to my mil room didn't know if I would but it wasn't bad. Home cutting out the coupons for this weekend and Friday shopping trip. Did some chair exercises and stretches going to do more later today also and try to get the 1mile walk in or at least half of it if I don't hurt to bad.

@Saranchrisreiley... I have been watching your posts... impressive... I am going out later today, to get some new resistance bands. I have permanent spinal cord damage that makes walking tricky at best... one leg is partially paralyzed, so I can lose my balance and fall over at anytime, and the more I walk, the more pain I get in the hip area. Thus I have to live a rather sedentary lifestyle... I am also on the lookout for some non-aggressive chair exercises... shoulders are shot too, so will have to go easy on the resistance training, they like to hyper-extend, which is not comfortable. So I can relate to where you are at, and really appreciate you sharing your journey... it is helping to inspire me, and give me a bit of hope... thank you :-)

Adipose man if you look on Facebook for Natusha Olivia she had bariatric surgery and has lost 250lbs and she does alot of chair exercises and stretches and always says just modify the exercises to what you can do plus on YouTube there's some good ones on there too. I appreciate your support and I hope to help you out anyway I can. I am not able to walk very far for more than 3-5 min at time I was up to 5min but the knee has been crazy and back down to about 3min last week but I just do what I can and take a break and then do it again if I can. But the chair exercises will help us both out as it's still a form of movement. Good luck and I wish you all the success.

Thanks Saranchrisriley, I will check her out for sure... I am also up for Bariatric surgery if I cannot get this under control... which is a great motivator, I have had more than enough surgeries for one lifetime already. You help by being an example, not everyone can go to a gym and do a 3 hour workout, to augment their weight loss strategy. So that niche is a tough one to find people in the same situation, most I have seen, just give up and except their fate, since it is really hard... it is called a handicap for a reason... all the soft-soaping and inoffensive 'non-stigmatizing' descriptors in the world, will not change that fact. A fella in this building, has spinal cord damages, and has grown to immense proportions, I was mentioning to another person about dropping 5kgs in a week, and he pipes in, that is bad for your health... ummm dude, what you are doing now is far worse for your health, than the professionally guided steps I am taking (yes I have a properly trained Dietician following my charts and making suggestions... next review is in the middle of this month... but he is a perfect example of accepting one's 'fate' ... sad but true... and another great motivator for me... even a bad example, is still an example ;-) Thanks for the input, and for being you.
