yesterday calories 1785,carbs 169, Protein 66g need more protein. excited about the weight drop this morning. Had 8hours sleep and fasted for 14 hours and woke up feeling better this morning. Having eggs and sausage for breakfast and then good to go for the 1mile walk and standing up along with resistance bands for the arms, and chair exercises. Gonna be a hot day today so keep cool when you can.
152.6 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 52.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I started 2017 330lb. Got dwn 2019 220lb up again 277lbs. now 260lbs The practice that I stopped practicing and regained back my weight was not carrying food with me. Im back to having *Tuna packs *applesauce pouches *veggie pouches, *lo cal nut/drk chocolate bars, *packs of single peanut butter *jerky *nut and cranberries single packs *protein drink All fit in front pocket of Backpack. l either don't buy fast food or buy less and eat one of veggi/fruit pouches to limit my meals. I wasn't able to get the 1mile walk in today but did the resistance bands and will do the chair exercises in lil bit my legs hurt so bad from the tingling and burning sensation it started last night and I thought it would be ok by this morning but when I tried to walk it hurt so much I had to sit down this is what keeps me from walking more than I have been trying to do here lately I used to be able to walk around as much as I want and did walk for hours on in sometime but daily I at least got couple miles from walking until the knee went bad and I think it may be the nerves in my leg too as it's mostly just in the calf area for the burning and tingling pain. Except last night it went to my thigh as well which is not something that happened alot so I thought it would be better. I can still do chair exercises today tho and get back to the 1mile walk at home tomorrow. Thank you everyone for your support and advice and help...
