home scale, Calories Yesterday were 1385, Carbs are 83 and protein is 40g still need to get my protein back up to the 65-80g at least if not more than that Fasting for 14 hours because I just had to have dill pickle yesterday.
Had frkin diarrhea and that was good I guess since I usually get constipated for days.

Update: I'm so proud of myself I walked a mile just now. I went to YouTube and watched the Video of Leslie Ssmsone 1mile walk for beginners at home. which is where you walk in one spot and to do that I did have to lean on my coffee table and do about 2min of the video like that.. it's a 15min video and I had to stop about 3or 4times Bec I had been walking and standing up around 5min is the max I got to but today it was about 3min then take a short 1-2min break and then go more until I finish it. it took me about 35min to finish but I did it.

Erika it erased our conversation I had read it and wanted to update my post and it erased it but I want to let you all know I went to YouTube to do the 1mile walk at home video by Leslie Ssmsone and I finished it I'm so happy I got it done even though because of the rain my knee is bothering me like crazy and I had normally in the last week gotten to where I can walk/stand up for 5min and today I could only do it for 3min .so I had to stop and take short breaks and even lean on my coffee table to take pressure off my bad knee for the last 2mins but I still finished it I think it took me about 35-40min to do the 15min/1mile walk but I know it helped me as I was sweating when I was done. maybe tomorrow I can get to do it little bit longer before I have to take a break..

Great progress, Sara!!! That's what it's all about! We have to crawl before we walk and walk before we run. Baby steps! 🙂

Thank you zenus I figure even if I have to stop the video a few times eventually I will get to where I won't have to stop it as much and then even more I will eventually get to where I can do the whole 1mile 15min walk without stopping it at all I know it will take me awhile but at least I'm trying... Thank you so much..

Awesome Sara! Sweat and determination, you can do it! My pup Bella is having mini seizures today so we have not gone for our walk, she has good days and bad days but I won't leave her behind when she is having a bad day, so we are staying in, I may go look up that video and do a walk in place, sounds like a great idea!

Thank you Diddly 15,Debra, zenus and Erika, everyone I appreciate you and your support and encouragement. You have all inspired me and helped me so much. Just the kind words and encouragement really goes a long way I love the fat secret family here so many people willing to help others like me and not judge us just ppl giving advice on how they are doing and eating to encouragement. I have a new found determination to walk a mile a day at home until I can get to where I can do it outside or even at stores, hospital, wherever I go. I have to do something to help build up the strength in my knee even before I have knee surgery because I want to be able to have surgery and be able to walk around better than I am. Plus it's going to help with the weight loss I want to loose.

I have faith that you will reach your goals Sara, always remember that though it may be uncomfortable, even painful. Taking your health back is so worth it, you are worth it!

If you haven't seen the "yes2next" videos on YouTube you might check them out. It's a mom and daughter doing the same workouts, they are very good.

Sara that movement is crucial. There are chair exercises you can do as well. They are plentiful on YouTube or google. Also, it may help you to take an epsom salt bath after the exercise you perform? Helps me from time to time. Keep up the good fight you will get there.
