weigh in at 3am woo hoo I am back down the right direction. yesterday had 1700 calories and ate 50less carbs than before and I actually fasted for 12hours I'm getting there . I did get my Mt dew this morning though it's been hard to give up the only one I drink I guess I been using it as my caffeine since I don't drink coffee. I will get it to where I don't have to drink the one a day. I know I can sustain and not start binge drinking them like I am bec water I go to 99% of the time and I like it. so I should be able to make this a lifestyle change. Back at the exercises this morning since I am feeling better today and not hurting in my lower back thank you for your help everyone. really appreciate it and I'm thinking if I keep fasting 12 hrs I can get to where I can go 16/8 and I am also looking at the carnivore diet gonna see if it's something I can do to help me.
