weigh in at 1:30 I was 340.2 waiting until 4am and I weighed 339.6 so I will go with that since I normally weigh in at about 4am getting ready to do my exercises and standing and then shower and get ready for a doctor appointment this morning.
154.0 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 54.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you it was so good to see their scale matching mine and I have to say that I went to Walmart and now I find myself looking at the carbs and calories in everything I pick up. I'm determined to loose more weight but I'm am bloated still had about 3500mg sodium or 4,000 last week and no bowel movement and I am waiting for that to see if I have lost anymore because I have been drinking 4 of the 16.9 oz bottle of water a day and my stomach is still bloated hopefully it will go down there what happened over a week ago I was bloated bad and then within 2days the scale went down almost 2 pounds.

I know what it's like to go into a grocery store and read all the labels and try to determine what they are putting in there. There is a simple solution to all of that reading. Do you shopping around the outer edges of the isles, fresh meat, whole fresh veggies, milk, eggs, cheese, skip the cold cuts and try to stay out of the center isles where all the processed fake food is. If a package has more than 4 ingredients, skip it. If the first ingredient is wheat or sugar, skip it. That's just what works for me. I stopped drinking soda in 2010 after my colostomy surgery. Soda causes gas and bloating and when you pass all that gas into a plastic bag and it swells up like a life preserver, you think twice about eating or drinking anything that creates it. LOL I know, that is TMI!!! I understand you are making changes slowly so they will be sustainable, but what I just gave you there is the best advice I can offer you for eating healthy.
