Hi FS Buddies! I have definitely taken a leave from food tracking and weighing. I was just getting tired of tracking. But I'm still doing reasonably well. The daily weighing was literally getting in my head. So, I've decided to weigh myself if I think my weight is going up/down or am just curious. Some good news for me today.
My focus has to be more on diet these days as I tripped and fell going out for a walk and damaged my foot/ankle. I love walking so that stinks! Back in the great white North. Spring is coming!!!
