Happy Wed. FS Peeps!
Whacky weight! Back down. The last couple of days I have been craving coconut - something I've never craved. My gran always said if your body is craving something, there's a reason. So yes, I have been low in protein! My macros have def. been off for sure. So, I added a little coconut to my morning oatmeal and will amp up it up a bit more today. Thanks everyone for all of your input and support!
Heading to FL soon for a month, so that is all good. Just the plan of getting away that long, and all of the packing of the personal and work equipment has caused some stress. I think I've actually packed more for the dog than me! I hear cortisol can affect weight too. Of course the great news is that I have the kind of job where I can escape the Great White North! I'm looking forward to some warmer walks with the hubby.
But here we are - Mid Week. Yay!
