Happy Friday Eve! Had a 'budge' today. Chiseling away a quarter pound at a time, minor ups and downs, and not nearly to the next pound - but I'm sticking with it! Yesterday was a lower walking day at 1.4 miles, but also a lower calorie day at around 1000 calories. I seem to lose more with the lower calories, it was an 'unintentional/intentional' meaning I am still very conscious of what I am consuming, but since I wasn't hungry, I didn't try to bring myself up to my daily calorie goal (1200). We'll see how today goes. But for now still taking it day by day and slowly like a 🐢.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
