Well done! I struggle with night snacking also, it's ridiculous, I never snack during the day.

The longer you continue drinking plenty of water and not snacking the easier it will become a healthy habit...

Shirfleur,💕 it’s so easy to snack at night, I don’t know why. Popcorn is my favorite thing to eat and eat.🙃 Yet, I don’t really miss it if I just tell myself, NO, and lately I’ve listened. 👍

John, I will keep that in mind, for it does seem easy tonight, no urge to chew. I think it is just mindless to even not be on track. Part of it is being accountable, it’s hard being human.😆

My personal rule is no food after 7pm. But I do turn evening time into exotic tea time! I have quite an assortment lol 🫖
