after going over previous journals i am going to try to drink two vottles of water during the day and input my meals at the beginning of the day so i can see how much room i have for snacks. i havent had my line of credit card so i jave been doing better without spending. i can have some control i just need to keep track of the bigger goal. what ia the bigger goal?? i need to have a focus maybe i get out old photos and remember that life is cheaper and more relaxed with less food. i think school will keep me busy but i will have to plan and prep weekly meals at the beginning of the week. i have one week to get this ready so i will have a supper meal plan set up monthly.
126.5 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
