i have been eating in the evening for no reason so i need to stop that. it hasnt been too bad trying to keep in line. i have noticed that when i do plan the whole day and just keep a bag of food with me so i can choose and then eat all the good stuff first when i have control. i need to have a good mai thing like a pizza pop and salad or a microwave meal so i feel full. it helps to have stuff prepared. so i sgould bag everything at the beginning of the week and get some dip for carrots so i eat them more. and peppers with tatziki sauce
