last couple of days havent been the best. i have been eating out a lot and craving ice cream and indulging. i need to get back on track. its always the evenings that get me. its not only the food but the money i keep using my visa i jave to stop or im gonna be in trouble financially. haifa is not here this week and its throwing off my routine.i bot treats for if this happened so i need to follow through with it. i jave started adding more vegetables to my supper plate so that helps but i need to have supper a little later bcs i find having it at 5 is too early. i wonder if the girls will be ok if i move it later andnjust give them a snack when they get home.
