strrssed at work this week as alternate and found myself reaching for coffee drinks and soothing things like buying out. almost as a way to pretend i lived a different life. i have found i dont need juice boxes at work but a good main thing is crucial as it gives me something to look forward to. breakfast is more under control but when i getbhome and have access to everything i find ot hard to control and before bed especially when ik i had a good day eatting i reward myself with a treat. im thinking maybe snack bags of portioned calorie controled treats of sweets or cheeses may be beneficial and increase the fruit like strawberries and watermelon which are nice to snack on.
