binged on cheesy flavoured stuff two nights in a row. if i can control my eating in the day to sVe some calories for something ar nigjt i think that would benefit me. i need to plan one snack for evenings. possibly some 100 cal snack bags? ik im tired but my control cant keep slipping when im tired.
