Back in saddle again! Tonight I rode with my old posse from the bike shop. It felt great to see friendly, familiar faces and give hugs again! Esp. to Kathy and Leslie! I used to do the 16 or 20 miler. Tonight I did 10 with the 'slow gals'. I have accepted I'm not as fit as I was or could be. But, I was out and moving not lamenting about how out of shape I am from the couch wine in hand. It's the little things that add up!
74.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
