I can’t believe I have finally made it by the goal line to jump over. I know I could have gotten here sooner for I don’t exercise like I should nor diet like I should. All I do is fast for 18 hours every day. I’m never hungry for I eat what I want at lunch and I don’t eat at night. All the fasting does is keeping me from putting food in my mouth when I’m not hungry and it has been working!😊. I don’t feel the pain of dieting, but I know I could do better with bringing my calorie count down which I think I will do next week after taxes. I couldn’t get closer to the last day of turning them in, it always makes me sick. Having a Cuban lunch today. 😁😊😋
