DAY 75!

25 of 100 days down until my birthday.

Last few days have felt pretty rested, even, non-hungry, realaxed days.

Since I switched to Low Carb Lunch Only Days on Monday, I have seen an even and steady drop in weight. So I have been giving myself an eating time window of 11am -2pm to consume my calories for the day. I have been eating a very large volume of lettuce and lean meat. I have increased the fiber pills to 2 a day and upped the water intake to 10-12 cups instead of 6-8 cups. I want to get my water to 1 gallon by next week steadily everyday.

By ending my eating time in the early afternoon and not eating again until the same time next day, I am getting in my 18-24 hour fasting time. This feels ok so far. Not hungry at all yet.

I do miss yogurt a lot. I have substituted it with sugar free zero calorie jello at night. I make a huge batch of this and have it at night as needed if some hunger occurs before bed.
143.7 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
