I just can't seem to stay losing. I weighed 100.6 yesterday and gained. 2 with only 510 calories. I'm not really doing things different eating alost the same thing week to week . it's so frustrating . I don't think cutting calories lower than 700 per day on weekdays would make a difference. I know if I cut back on weekends it probably help but weekends are hard and it's the same thing I've been doing for years so what is so different now? I just don't know. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
