Today is October 22 2010. I recently gave birth to a handsome baby boy on October 4th 2010, by c-section. I now feel well enough to start my plan to get in shape. Before I got pregnant I weighed 140 lbs. I exercising and eating right. My goal weight is 120-125 lbs. I will obtain this goal in 2011.
