I am a 50 year old male.
need to lose over 250 lbs.
need to change many things in my life if I want my life to last much longer(which I do).
I have 2 Grandsons 1- almost 4 years old, and 1- 3 weeks old, and have another Grandchild on the way (due in May 2011).
I have a fnatastic wife of 28 years, and 3 children.
Oldest is a daughter that is a High School teacher in Texas ( the mother of oldest Grandson, and has the other on the way),
Son is 23 and the proud father of 3 week old granson,
Youngest is my 20 year old daughter that goes to college full time and works 2 jobs. I have had 2 heart attacks in the last 12 years, and have finally decided if I don't change things the next one could be the one that does me in. I have all of the common excuses for why I am in the physical shape and health that I am, but if the truth really be known It was just me and not doing things the right way (pretty selfish of me wasn't it?).
