Battling uphill trying to find a healthy balance between physical and mental health after the devastating loss of my emotional support cat in May 2018. The first two weeks after, I lost 12 lbs. Between the middle of May to the first of September, I lost over 30 lbs.Unlike most on here, my weight dropped off without trying, almost over night.

I had lost my appetite, became nauseous, had no interest in food, and now it hurts my stomach to consume much of anything. When I do eat, it is small "meals" which consists of something bland or a meal supplement and is eaten very slowly to make sure everything stays in. What someone considers a very small snack would be the size of my meals currently. My stomach fills quickly and I feel full without much effort. So, by not consuming enough calories, my body continues to lose... and lose... and lose. Then there is the aspect of feeling tired all the time and having no desire to even want to eat that I must battle as well. Safe to say- I am in a battle for my health these days. I am under medical care however it has been a slow journey with little support. So- trying to battle every day- one meal at a time.
