hi! i'm renee (she/her, 19) and i'm trying to lose weight (the healthy way), im in recovery from bulimia, and i want to get to a point where i have a healthy relationship with my body and treat it right.

i have struggled with eating and my weight since i was in middle school. looking back, i was a healthy weight.
my eating and weight gain got worse when i received a pcos diagnosis in 2020.

it's a difficult task as i'm still a full-time college student with a part time job, but i'm looking to this site to help!:)
