Ok, starting to go down. Got my latest blood work to confirm my last blood work last August, new blood results are LDL 1.70 mmol/l HDL 1.29 mmol/L and total cholesterol 3.42 mmol/L,. Things are looking good so far. Happy 2017
70.4 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
