so since 2012 when I started with FatSecrets. I've gained on the average of 5 pounds a year. This is quickly explain that I quit smoking and I'm probably not burning as much calories as I did when I smoked. It's just that much harder to be motivated and running around and taking care of chores and errands. my meals and food intake probably changed as I quit smoking 2. does anyone else experienced the weight gain after smoking. Mine has been a constant 5 - 10 pounds a year for the last 8 years.ahhh😂
don't forget to add me to your buddy list. have a great day.

Hi Bigheart, Although I smoked many years back, stopping was the most difficult thing to do at that time and at times still get the urge (I'm one puff away from starting again). Rome wasn't conquered in a day so take a day at a time. Your diet is amazing, so much exotic vegetables and so little calories. Well I guess your a highly skilled chef compared to me. have a great day.
