Low and behold, my scale at home was off 7 pounds. To the dustbin of history (i.e., garbage bin). Now I'm overweight (slightly obese) by 5 pounds based on my BMI index (Is the BMI an accurate way of determining obesity?). Will have to seriously work on longer workouts and less eating (ohh how I love to snack - salt and vinegar chips). Just bought more apples and cooked some congee for low carb snack. Will see the next few days. Cheers
