Draglist's Journal, 09 May 24

This entry covers Wednesday and Thursday, May 8 and 9. Woke at 244.3, back up 1.1 from 243.2 on Tuesday. Then woke at 245.5 today, up 1.3. It has been a huge week of eating out (and eating the wrong things). Clear proof of what happens when I allow extra calories and carbs. I'm fasting today. Got down to 243.9 by 3 pm and hoping for a bit more before the day is over. Moving out the extra water and bulk.
