I woke at 244.3, up 9.3 from my weigh-in before the weekend. I ate bread and rice and lots of other good things in New York, and it’s time to lose this water weight! I'm fasting today. UPDATE: Just got invited out for a business dinner with a company CEO that I may want to team up with. Looks like the last will end at 6 pm!

It was really nice. I got tons of exercise by walking miles each day, so I definitely know that adding exercise does not offset extra calories!

I’m fasting today, too. Didn’t realize there is next to nothing to eat on the plane these days. I did bring canned chicken breast in the event I can’t get out to eat later.
