I always have an apple a day but at lunch. I could easily go without but I’ll end up picking all day 😂 you definitely can do a yogurt bowl better than me.

Oh you don't give yourself enough credit, ad. You just need to hit the grocery and pick up some fun and healthy yogurt bowl ingredients. Especially more apples! 😋🍎 I always throw a few almonds in there as well bc they're so good for you. Plus I love them, 😍 😊

I just lack effort in the morning, up, shower, coffee and emails and out the door by 7 so the breakfast take a back seat and become something i throw together or grab.

I could never eat that early. Coffee til lunch til this last year and now breakfast is brunch around 1030 (ish). But I eat dinner quite late in the evening.

I eat at 6.30am 1pm and around 7.30 pm then constantly after 8pm tell bed 😂

Adpreso, you’ll make progress.
I sometimes delay breakfast but not long enough to call it fasting, and other times I don’t delay it. Even when I don’t delay it, definitely not 6:30 AM unless a storm woke me up or something 😂.
I have a snacking problem too. Working on it.
I have made progress recently. Happy with it.
So have you, it looks like, judging by the scale. It looks like you lost 2 lbs permanently.
