no weigh in today as I know it is up scale said 312 because I have not had a BM in few days and I drank over gallon and half of water so I'm not recording the weight as I can still feel the bloating also tried to get more protein yesterday so I had little over 2,000 cal .I will see how it goes today as for dinner I have a crocpot full of white navy beans and chunks of ham in it that will be good dinner for today....

typed it in wrong actually I have a crocpot full of great northern beans that are done with ham chunks in it and very good for supper today!!!

White beans! Lots of potassium, protein and fiber! Good stuff if your body can handle the gas they create. I have to be very conservative with gas producing foods. Probably why I have issues with getting enough fiber in.

The biggest mistake people make with regard to how much water you drink is that water alone is not hydrating. It requires certain nutrients, like potassium, for water to pass through the cell walls and into your system so it can be utilized. When you drink so much water, especially in the face of a diet that excludes certain food groups, you can expect, water retention, constipation and potentially other electrolyte related issues. Do some homework and plan your way of eating wisely. You have a pretty long road ahead of you, can you see a dietician?

Kenna I saw a dietician couple years ago and I couldn't loose weight under his advice and plan for me to eat 2,000 cal a day my biggest thing is the sodium I eat and then I drink alot of water and my kidneys don't always flush the water back out like everyone else I've had kidney issues for almost 9yrs now due to an autoimmune disorder which some days if I just drink like 3 bottles of water I can get that back off but I've been dehydrated and alot more thirstier in last month or so ,so I can drink water and it will be 4-5hours before I go pee. My hubby drink bottle of water and pee almost immediately. I have had better luck with a lower cal and carb diet than I did with my dietician recommended diet,which was mostly fruit and vegetables and little meat products that I wasn't able to stick to. This way I lost 40lbs in the first 4 months at eating 1700cal and no more than 150carbs a day but I have been eating about 2,000 cal and being hungrier than I had been so now since I got the holiday over its time I stick back to the 1700 which is harder than it was when I first started this.my recommended cal were 2500 to begin with and I ate 2,000cal and lost 14lb the first 3 weeks which was probably all water then I lowered it again to 1700 and had very little craving for food but I ate more fruit then I am now so I list 10lbs a month until Oct which I lost only 3 lb but its better than a gain and for Nov about a week ago I was at 308.8 which was 4lbs loss for Nov so far but I'm going to get this water weight back down and usually when it goes down it's a good drop. But thanks for your suggestion.

Oh and also my hormones are a big part of the problem too I haven't had any menstrual cycle for Oct and Nov now which I didn't want anyway I'm over that part my Dr said I'm going thru early menopause and after 1yr with no menstrual cycle I will be in menopause then. I'm ready to get through it these hot flashes and no sleep is a bummer, the no sleep except 4-5hr only 5hr on a good day's is crazy even on sleeping pills I'm not sleeping good. So I've had extra calories, not enough sleep, anxiety and no cycle hormone is crazy that I'm sure is also affecting me..I am going back to 3 bottles of water a day to see if that helps along with just 1700cal.
