Woke at 231.5, down .4 from yesterday. Only slept a little over four hours the last two nights... hard to get enough sleep with as early as I have to leave when I travel in to work. Hoping that some sleep this weekend will let my body process things and get a few pounds back off. Going in for an electrocardiogram today, just for a checkup. I expect great results. UPDATE: Down to 231.2 before eating a big lunch of the rest of the pork roast and cabbage. I actually misspoke -- I had an echocardiogram. It was neat seeing pictures of my heart working. Let's see what the doc says when he seems them.
