Skparker's Journal, 18 Aug 15

I'm mad that I let myself slip so much yesterday (Monday 8/17) but I guess I was just distracted and stressed out. Seeing my therapist is such a great help, and she helped me put a game plan in place to be a bit more active this week, which I'm excited about. I know I can't overcome my bad habits all at once, so adding small steps is the way to go for me, I think. Maybe it makes me lazy, but I think it works. So, today (Tuesday) I plan to go to the gym and walk for about 30 minutes to an hour while watching my newly designated "gym show" Arrested Development. Very exciting. Then Thursday, I plan to do about 30 minutes of yoga using my subscription to Daily Burn. Then sometime this weekend I hope to check out Sharon Woods, which is just a few minutes down the road from me. Hopefully the weather holds out!
