Holiday Party at work today. Ate about two ounces each of roast beef and ham plus about a quarter cup of green beans. But of course had five beers, a few scotches, and some fireball whiskey as the night went on. Came home ravenous after that carb hit of course but didn't get too far off track. Ended up eating 2537 calories, but fully 1200 of which were alcoholic drinks. Was going to work out but just didn't happen. Enough said. Let's see what the morning weigh in brings.
