Morning weigh in of 208.2. Of course, my official every three day weigh in has to occur the morning after we enjoyed a massive seafood feast! Will work some off today hopefully and maybe get a slightly better weigh in before the big Thanksgiving celebration tomorrow. I've built it all into my overall monthly calorie goal, though, so we are OK.
