Pre-dinner weigh in of 203.0. Higher than my waking weight, but .8 lower then the pre-dinner number from yesterday. A little lighter eating day to make up a bit for yesterday. Looks good for 201 or so in the morning. Got a dentist appointment at 10am, so will do that and then a post 16:8 workout and a weigh in. Hoping for 199.9!
