i reached my goal without really sacrificing much. i feel better able to distinguish the hunger and to learn to trust my cues. i made it to my goal and now i need to create another goal. i want to be down to 250 by oct 31 so my goal is to be down to 266 by july 1. tgis is going to take more consistent tracking and really finding another outlet for stress at work. home stress is causing appetite loss but stress at work and for pick me ups i have been going out alot. maybe i need to look at nore appetizing main courses and a special drink i can make on my break. i might have to.look into financial goals so ik that i cant spend my.money.
122.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
