Woke at 224.7, up 1.4 from yesterday, after having a pretty big eating 2000 plus calorie day. 900 of those calories were protein. I was up too late playing with ancestry.com, so the sleep wasn't great. I will try to get some exercise in today. Enjoy your Sunday!
