I have been doing really well with the cravings and keeping on track but I find at the end of the day when I know that I have done well, I reward myself with Easter candy. I like having the app that counts the calories and I can plug in what I know I will have for the day and then choose one treat that fits into the daily allottment. I have a goal everyday and that keeps me focused. I. To ice having the food available is a hard thing and if everyone else is eating junk I want to have some too. I will have to look into something to help with the temptations when other people are eating junk.
