When I have reached 250 and under consistently for at least 3 weeks, I will review my goal and see where changes need to be made. I would like to start this journal by tracking my food and drink intake to help be more aware of choices and to keep as close to 1500 cal a day as I can. It's not a stiff calorie limit as I am attempting to start by tracking and reducing my intake. My methods for dealing with cravings are thinking about what other options are available and thinking about what I can eat later. Drinking water is helping and tracking ahead of time to feel like I have options for treats later. I will start making homemade lunches with lots of veggies and maybe some dip and one treat with a juice box. By making a good main meal, I may be able to prevent eating out and saving my lunch until my break.
