Woke at 225.8, down .6 from yesterday. Slept in, so no workout this morning. UPDATE: Once again, I got so busy that I fasted until 2 pm. I got a nice 223.4 weigh-in! Happy hour tonight (first time drinking all week). So I will have some red wine. UPDATE 2: Denise made chicken Marsala but saved me some of the chicken. I ate 16 ounces of it (and some red wine). Let's see what the morning brings.
