Woke at 228.2, down 1.3 from yesterday. Pushups and squats for breakfast! Weight is slowly dropping—two more days of 800 calories of veggies and nuts. UPDATE: Down to 226.1 by dinnertime. One more day to go. I get to eat some protein on Sunday. I'm thinking an omelet!
